Dick Shone, Managing Director, Boutique Modern
Dick Shone - Managing Director
Dick founded Boutique Modern in 2009. ​The company is based on the principle that quality design, lean manufacturing principles and modern construction methods could be applied to improve the quality, sustainability and running costs of affordable housing.
George Palmer - Operations Director
George oversees all operations in the factory and on-site from project outset to completion. He plays a key role in implementing company culture and developing cohesive teams as well as implementing safe working practice throughout the business. George is the driving force behind Boutique Modern's track record for delivery.
Lucas Shone - Projects Director
Lucas manages BM's market strategy and oversees new projects from enquiry and tender to contract. He ​has a detailed knowledge of client needs and specialises in developing key client relationships. Lucas also manages BM's People & Process and Sustainability teams with a close oversight of our ESG performance and B Corp certification.
