Practising
what we've pledged
We’ve pledged to generate in excess of 500 employment opportunities in our local community both directly and through our supply chain. Modular construction presents massive opportunities for training and skills development for all people looking to get into construction.

We have fantastic working relationships with local organisations such East Sussex Colleges Group and the Department for Work & Pensions which have helped us recruit a large proportion of our existing workforce.

We believe in empowering our staff to train and grow within the company – offering opportunities for development in both a professional and personal capacity.
